    The influence of human personality upon the functional efficiency of an organization and its personnel has been widely recognized. It is now widely acknowledged that recruiters are increasingly evaluating overall personality traits, the ability to collaborate with others, integrity, ethics, and more specifically, verbal and written communication skills during the interview process. In short, in today’s increasingly challenging and stimulating competitive scenario, it is extremely important to recognize the need for the ongoing development of personal characteristics and qualities that, while not easy to quantify, have a significant impact on an individual’s and an organization’s performance.

    At SRGI , Mathura we aim to screen out those barriers or obstructions that stand in the way of the expression of individual personality, through a holistically designed PD Module to cater the demands of Young Technocrats in order to enhance their overall Communication and Personality Traits.

    Aim : -The rationale behind this endeavor is the recognition of the multifaceted influence of the personality of the participants.

    Objective : - The objective is to make smart move for young budding Managers to meet out the challenges of competitive environment for their long-term career prospects.

    Attendance, Evaluation And Grading:

    To quality for promotion to the second year the students grade point average on the first year must no be less the 2.0 and he/she should fulfill the following condition.

    • He she should obtain F in more the one courses.
    • Should obtain D in more than two courses if he/she has already obtained in one course.

    To quality for the award of degree. The grader point average of a second year student must be at least 2.00 in audition as student should fulfill the following conations in the second year courses.

    • He she should not obtain F in more than one course.
    • He she should not obtain D in more than three courses prove.
